I grew up as an athlete in a nearby town, playing a variety of sports and staying active throughout my life. Movement has always been a central part of who I am—whether through sports, outdoor adventures with my dogs, or simply taking in the beauty of the landscape around us. I also cherish the quiet moments, slowing down and recharging with my cat.
Beyond my love for movement, traveling the world has shaped my perspective in profound ways. Experiencing different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life has deepened my appreciation for the uniqueness of every individual. I believe that everyone’s journey is different, and that includes how we experience our bodies—through strength, injury, pain, and healing.
A lifetime of activity, along with my own experiences with injury and recovery, has given me a deep understanding of how the body moves and the discomfort that can come from chronic pain, tension, and everyday stress. It’s exhausting to navigate daily life when your body isn’t cooperating the way you want it to.
